Your Social Security number (SSN) or Tax Identification number (TIN)
Your email address on file with Coulee Bank
All required fields, identified with an asterisk (*) must be completed for enrollment to be accepted. Upon acceptance of your enrollment application, you will be asked to confirm your identity through a link in the confirmation email sent to your address on file with Coulee Bank.
You must access this link from the same computer and browser you used to fill out the enrollment application.
If you are unable to provide the required information or do not have an email address on file with Coulee Bank, you can still become an internet banking user by calling our Operations Department at 866-784-9550, or by stopping in to your local branch for further assistance.
