Welcome to Alpine Online

In just a few easy steps, you can begin banking securely online. During the enrollment process you will be asked to provide information about yourself to help us identify you. After we locate you in our records, you will be given an Alpine Online ID and Password so that you can begin banking online.

To enroll your business to Alpine Online, please complete, sign and mail in the Alpine Online Business enrollment form.

You will need the following information to get started:
  • Your Alpine Bank account number
  • Your Social Security Number (SSN)
  • Your email address (must match what we have on file for your account)
Once your application is accepted you will:
  1. receive a confirmation email to complete the verification process
  2. create a unique ID and Password
  3. establish a password reset question and answer (used if you ever forget your password)
  4. select your SiteKey, security questions and call back number(s)

CONSENT TO RECEIVE ELECTRONIC DISCLOSURES AND AGREEMENTS

This disclosure documents your consent to electronically receive disclosures and agreements relative to enrolling in Online Banking. This disclosure also describes your rights relative to electronically receiving disclosures and agreements, as well as the consequences of withdrawing your consent. We recommend you print and retain a copy of this disclosure and all related disclosures and agreements. Once you consent, you will be able to continue enrolling online. You understand, prior to consenting, that:

  1. Your consent applies only to disclosures and agreements related to enrolling in our Online Banking service. You are providing a one-time consent for this enrollment; therefore, there is no procedure for withdrawing consent;
  2. If you do not consent, you will not be able to enroll online. However, regardless of whether you consent, you will still be entitled to enroll in Online Banking through other methods that we permit, such as in person at any Alpine Bank location;
  3. Even after consent, if you want to receive a paper copy of the disclosure and agreement in addition to the electronic copy you can obtain one free of charge by contacting us using any of the contact methods listed below. We reserve the right to provide any disclosures and agreement in writing, rather than electronically;
  4. By consenting to receive disclosures and agreements electronically you agree to provide us with the information (such as a current email address) needed to communicate with you electronically and update us as to any changes in such information by calling or writing us at the number or address listed below.

The minimum computer hardware and software requirements to receive and retain electronic disclosures are PC or MAC with > 200 mhz processor, modem or NIC, 220 gb HD, > 128 mb RAM, and an internet connection with browser software. The required disclosures and agreements for Online Banking are available in HTML format. By accessing our website we have confirmed that your computer is capable of viewing disclosures in an HTML format.
