To begin your online enrollment, please make sure that you have the following items:
· Your account number at Bank of Houston
· Your Social Security number (SSN)
· Your email address that we have on file
Upon your successful completion of your online enrollment application, you will be sent a confirmation email with a link to your Online Banking User ID to confirm your identity. In order to complete your online enrollment, you must access this link within one hour from the time your confirmation email is sent to you, and from the same computer and web browser that you used to fill out the enrollment application. You will use the last 4 digits of your Social Security number as your temporary password.
IMPORTANT: Your enrollment will not be successfully completed until you click the verification link in the email that will be sent to you!
