SRP Online Enrollment Agreement

The undersigned hereby makes application for "SRP Online", SRP Federal Credit Union's Internet Banking Service. I agree that the credit union is authorized to investigate the undersigned's credit and banking history, and may obtain consumer credit and other reports in connection with the review or any update of this application or services. I understand that I will receive and affirmatively agree to the "SRP Online Banking Services Agreement and Terms and Consent Applicable to Electronic Signature, Electronic Contracts, Electronic Records, Electronic Mail ("E-Mail"), Facsimile, and Other Electronic Services and Communications via the Internet prior to having Internet access to my accounts.
