Automated Enrollment

To enroll in the Sky@Home Online Banking Service, you must have at least one Regular Savings Account with the credit union. You may enroll in the service by obtaining a username and temporary password from a Sky FCU Representative at a branch, by phone at (800) 445-3328 or by completing our automated enrollment process. During the enrollment process, you may be asked to provide certain information, including but not limited to your:

a. Regular Savings Account Number

b. Social Security Number

c. Email Address on file with the credit union

If your application to enroll is approved, you will be assigned or asked to select a User ID and a temporary Password. During your initial log-in, you will be asked to choose a new Password to continue. You agree that when you change your Password, you will do so in accordance with the password guidelines outline in our Online Banking Agreement and any other guidance or instructions that may be posted on the Service.

Your enrollment in the Service may not be approved if we cannot verify your identity or other necessary information. You agree that we may obtain financial information regarding your Account(s) from another financial institution (for example, to resolve payment posting issues or for verification purposes). We also reserve the right to verify any of the information you provide to us in connection with the Service.

You must be enrolled in the Service to use a Mobile Device to access the Service to make Mobile Transactions. You agree that you will provide us with all information that we request during this enrollment process, and to inform us of any changes to the information you provided during the enrollment process.
