Your American Midwest Bank Account Number
Your Social Security Number (SSN)
Your E-mail Address *This must already be on file with us for successful automatic enrollment. If we do not have your email address in our records please contact a Relationship Banker for assistance at 815-756-1444.
If your enrollment request is accepted, you will have to confirm your identity through a link in the confirmation e-mail in order to complete the enrollment process within 1 hour.
You must access this link from the same computer and browser you used to fill out the enrollment application.
If you would rather not provide your personal information electronically you can still enroll in Online Banking. Please contact an American Midwest Bank Personal Banker at 815-756-1444 or visit a Personal Banker at any of our branch locations.
