Over the weekend of December 5, your Riverside Bank online banking service will transfer to
Salisbury Bank’s e-Banking service. Salisbury Bank’s e-Banking service provides access to your account(s)
(24 hours, 7 days a week). The online banking system conversion will commence on 12/5/14 at 3:30 p.m.
After 3:30 p.m. on 12/5/14, online banking and the bill pay system will be unavailable for the entire weekend.
After 6:00 a.m. on Monday, December 8, 2014 you may begin using Salisbury Bank’s e-Banking
at www.salisburybank.com . If you have any questions or would like more information about
any of Salisbury Bank’s electronic services, please call our Customer Support Team at 860.596.2444.

INTERNET SAFETY ALERTS

We are receiving reports of phishing emails being sent from what appears to be a NetTeller email address customer_service@cm.netteller.com with the subject line of NetTeller Watch Notice. These are "Phishing emails" trying to get customers to click on the embedded NetTeller access link. These emails are not coming from NetTeller. Should you receive such an email, DO NOT click on the link. It is recommended to permanently delete the email.


The safety of your account information is important to us and we strongly encourage all of our customers to be diligent when reviewing emails that could put your accounts at risk.
