Passwords! They can be frustrating at times. Especially when you are sure you entered the correct password but now you’re locked out! It happens to all of us.
MA Bank has a solution that might ease the frustration. After you have successfully logged in, select the “Options” tab. Search for the Reset Password Question/Answer fields. Simply enter a question of your choosing and the answer. If you find yourself locked out in the future, locate the “Forgot Password” option on the locked-out message page and complete the required fields. You will then receive an email with your question. After you enter the correct answer, your account will be unlocked and your password reset to the last four digits of your tax ID#.

Some internet browsers may save user names and passwords. This will automatically complete any login for you and may allow people at your computer to use your logins without knowing your passwords.
