In order to make your online banking experience as secure as possible, we are introducing a new security feature that detects any uncharacteristic or unusual behavior involving your internet banking account. Effective Monday, December 12th when you login to your internet banking account you will be required to activate this new security feature. The first step is to change your PIN number, the second step is to pick a watermark (personalized picture), and the third step is to establish and answer three security questions that you would be required to answer if the system detects any uncharacteristic or unusual behavior. Reasons the system may prompt you to answer the security questions are: Logging in from an unfamiliar location, performing online transactions out of your normal activity, or length of time between last successful internet banking login. Some internet browsers may save user names and passwords. This will automatically complete any login for you and may allow people at your computer to use your logins without knowing your passwords. For your security, please review your internet browser's "Help" section, or contact their Customer Support, to see if this option is available and how to turn it off.
