Government regulations require the use of safer and stronger user IDs and passwords to make online banking as secure as possible. The enhanced security requires that you update your password but only if your current password does not meet new standards. When your current password expires, you will be required to change and use a password that has a minimum of at least eight characters. Your new password cannot contain your user name. To change your password when you log in to your account on NetBr@nch go to the Settings tab and scroll down to “Modify Login Information.” Enter your current password and then enter and verify your new password. Your new password must be at least eight characters and cannot contain your NetBr@nch username.
